Model S comes with three battery options to fit the unique needs of different drivers. The 113hp has the longest range of any electric car in the world, up to 480 km on a single charge.


Long wheelbase for passenger comfort

Without an internal combustion engine or transmission tunnel, the interior of Tesla Model S has more cargo space than any other sedan in its class and includes a second trunk under the hood. Tesla Model S seats five adults and two children in optional rear-facing child seats.

Cockpit with 17-inch in dash touchscreen

The Performance Model S accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in as little as 4.4 seconds. Equipped with Tesla's advanced electric powertrain, Tesla Model S provides instant torque and smooth acceleration. The aluminum body is engineered for superior handling, safety and efficiency. The interior features a 17" in-dash touchscreen with internet capabilities, allowing for streaming radio, web browsing and navigation.


Stylish rear design

The base price of the Tesla Model S in the US is $49,900 (Kshs 6 million). The world's first premium electric sedan will go on sale in the rest of the world from next year.
